The King Bed Studio C has lots of storage and style!
Brand new comfortable King bed with 100% cotton linens and fluffy new pillows. The bathroom has a large shower, lighted mirror, lots of storage and designer tile. Super Fast WIFI (1000!) for the work at home zoom calls and smart TV and a full sized desk with comfy chair. The kitchenette is equipped with a medium sized refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker (a start of coffee pods), electric hot water kettle (a start of oatmeal and teas), dishes for 2, glasses, wine glasses, storage containers, towels, and cabinet storage/counter space. Storage includes a dresser, closet organizers, luggage holder and bed side table drawers. New iron and ironing board and broom with dustpan are located in the closet.
- Convenient location - about 30 mins from most of the Bay Area. 5 mins from Dumbarton bridge (peninsula), 5 mins from Freeway 880 (east bay).
- Common indoor space - the finished garage area - washer/dryer, laundry sink for washing dishes, and closet with cleaning supplies and vacuum.
- Expanded kitchen equipment with large toaster oven, electric cooktop, crockpot, rice cooker, prep area and all the pans, bowls, and prep supplies needed!
- A large dining room suite is provided for eating, folding laundry, work space for projects.
- Folding chairs and tables for use by all the residents.
- Security cameras are located on exterior of the property and in the common area (garage).
- Large Patio in backyard has new privacy fence/gates and has table and chairs for work and play.
- Key code locks on the units and common area.
- Sound dampening sheetrock and door covers help to reduce the noise from other occupants in the house. White noise sleep machines are provided in each room.
- The manager/owner lives just 2 blocks away so there is a person close by to attend to your requests and needs.
- Included in the rent price are professional cleanings every 2 weeks providing clean linens and towels! Additional cleanings are $65.

Retro Kitchenette
Our signature red retro refrigerator sets the tone for our mini kitchenette. White built-in shaker cabinets with quartz countertops provide storage for the microwave, Keurig, electric kettle, dishes, glasses and more! If you don't find what you need here, you can use the common area kitchen tools in the finished garage. Our kitchenette comes with a starter pack of coffee pods, teas and oatmeal.
King Bed
Our brand new King bed has 100% cotton linens and a view to the retractable 55" Smart TV. With 4 king sized pillows to choose from and a white noise sleep machine, you will get great sleep , whether it's in the night or day!
All the Extras
Every inch of this unit was designed for maximum functionality. This unit contains a chest of drawers, night stand with storage and closet organizers galore! A comfy chair and desk area is the perfect eating and working space for your unit. A bonus sleek leather chair with reading light is the perfect place to rest after a long day. The common area in the finished garage has more extras that you may need in your extended stay like laundry, cleaning supplies and cooking tools like a large toaster oven and a dining table and chairs.

The solution to the growing need for short term furnished living for business and medical professional travelers is our focus. Located at the hub of the Bay Area tech industries and with in easy commute to large hospitals we provide clean stylish accommodations for the short term traveler. We supply everything needed including all linen, towels, soaps, coffee and teas. Each unit has access to a washer/dryer and outside patio seating. Monthly leases include professional cleanings and linen changes every 2 weeks.
Large Patio and Fenced Private Backyard
Our guests share the large backyard and patio common areas of the property. Sit outside and have your morning coffee and pick an orange to eat at lunch! Work outside for a change of pace while getting some vitamin D!
Laundry Room with Extra Cooking and Seating Area
To maximize the functionality of the house for our guests, we have thoughtfully created a common area in the finished garage that provides not only a laundry area with new washer / dryer but cleaning supplies for your use and extra cooking appliances / prep space and a dining table and chairs.
