 Jennifer is very welcoming and kind. When I first saw this posting, I legit thought it was a scam and thought "Oh no, this is too good to be true." But, Jennifer proved me wrong LOL! She is definitely real and this location is real. I really liked staying here. I loved the furniture and style in the unit I was in. One of my favorite parts of the unit was the bathroom mirror! haha! Overall, I had a really great experience, the property is well kept, and cleaning once a month for just a one time $75 fee was so worth it! There are grocery stores and shops close by. I highly recommend staying here. If it wasn't for signing on as (permanent) staff at Stanford, I would have extended my stay.

 I stayed in studio B and this review will do no justice. Everything was perfect for me and I'm sure it will be for you too! J, the renter was so attentive, kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to all my needs. The studio itself was so beautifully decorated, I couldn't have done a better job myself. And don't get me started on the bed! I need to get one just like it ASAP! You will sleep like a baby! This felt like a mini charming home while I was away from mine. If you think you'll be home sick, you shouldnt, as there are many natural visual aesthetics inside and out to help you appreciate life. Orange tree in the back with a table (I ate the juiciest orange from it), a park 3 houses down, plenty of birds that sing to you in the morning, and many more secret gems to be discovered. There is a place for all your belongings to be put up. Don't hesitate, this is the cutest studio you will find! Trust me, I've looked for days before stumbling on this one!

 Jennifer and Patrick are the most amazing hosts, they truly make you feel welcome and at home. The room is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Also can we take a moment to talk about the shower here?  Its amazing. This place has everything you could need and not to mention Jennifer is the sweetest and cooks the most amazing meals. Cuuutest unit ever . It has everything you need and if it doesn't Jennifer is never more than a text away for anything at all. I'm a solo female traveler and I always felt safe. If I get the chance I'll definitely be back. Stay here if you can

Myself and a fellow travel nurse stayed here while on assignment at San Jose O'Connor Hospital. Convenient location to Interstate and various grocery stores/ shopping. The property is fully furnished and had all the amenities we needed to make us comfortable. Washer and Dryer in unit which is a requirement for me. Our host, Jennifer, was very prompt and at our beckoning call whenever needed with just a phone call away. She even stocked the unit with goodies prior to our arrival. Jennifer is very attentive to your needs and personable. As a very important side note, the beds and pillows were AMAZING! High quality furnishings and comfort were put into thought for every aspect of this unit. I would highly recommend renting from Jennifer! She is great! This property is delightful! Out of all of the FF properties I have stayed in, this has been the most comfortable and accommodating. Jennifer is a fabulous host with lots of special touches to the space. Although it is pretty small, there is LOADS of closet space and a dresser. The shower is AMAZING. The fridge is a great size. The bed is very comfortable. Jennifer takes the stress out of cleaning by providing bi-weekly house keeping! The space is trendy. The neighborhood is nice, and the hosts are unbeatable! Even though this room is adjacent the main house, noise was never an issue. Washer and dryer are in the key-code garage. Internet and TV worked flawlessly. The entrance is through a side gate and the entry to the unit is key-code separate from the main house. The location is close to a park, groceries, etc! What more can I say?  Arrived to my charming studio B, and it's even better than the photos.  It is perfect for me!  I'm not a light packer (2 overweight bags) and I was able to unpack and there was a place for everything.  I definitely feel like this is my mini home away from home.  Jennifer made me feel at home, she was kind and if I must say did an amazing job with the place!  Kudos to you Jennifer!
I just love the fridge.  Red is my color.  I can't stop enjoying the retro look and color!  This place gives me "feel good vibes" and don't get me started on the quality of the bed!  OMG.  I need the same mattress at home ASAP!  Thank you Jennifer - Tanya  Submitted: 6/1/2021   Mayhews Unit B
