Common areas to enhance your stay with us
Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive amenities for our guests. Every guest is different and has different needs - we want to be able to anticipate them all!
Common Work Room - Laundry
Having a clean safe environment to wash and fold clothes is a must for most travelers. We have expanded the idea of a common laundry in the garage to include a cupboard with cleaning supplies and vacuum. A large laundry sink and laundry detergent are provided for your convenience. The garage has a side entrance and key code lock.
Kitchen Extras
Enjoy the cooking station with all sorts of cooking tools you may need only once in a while but are so nice to have! We have available a large toaster oven and pans, hot plates and pots, crockpot, rice steamer, smoothie blender and all sorts of prep tools including a prep area. The large sink allows you to wash you dishes easily after a nice meal.
Dining Table & Chairs
Use this large table and chairs for your project or dining needs. Work on your computer while drying your socks...or have your friends over for dinner and games. We also have folding tables and chairs for your use as needed.
Backyard and Patio
One of the nice benefits of having a large backyard with a privacy fence is that you have an "outside" room that you can access anytime! We currently have a new table and chairs set up and hope to have more before summer.
Parking
We have space for 3 cars to park in the driveway and plenty of room on the street for more safe parking. These spots are first-come-first-serve at this time.

Month-to-Month Furnished Housing Specialist
The solution to the growing need for short term furnished living for business and medical professional travelers is our focus. Located at the hub of the Bay Area tech industries and with in easy commute to large hospitals we provide clean stylish accommodations for the short term traveler. We supply everything needed including all linen, towels, soaps, coffee and teas. Each unit has access to a washer/dryer and outside patio seating. Monthly leases include professional cleanings and linen changes every 2 weeks.
Large Patio and Fenced Private Backyard
Our guests share the large backyard and patio common areas of the property. Sit outside and have your morning coffee and pick an orange to eat at lunch! Work outside for a change of pace while getting some vitamin D!
Laundry Room with Extra Cooking and Seating Area
To maximize the functionality of the house for our guests, we have thoughtfully created a common area in the finished garage that provides not only a laundry area with new washer / dryer but cleaning supplies for your use and extra cooking appliances / prep space and a dining table and chairs.
