The kitchen is supplied with a complete set up for cooking and serving it has a high end flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, large stainless sink and a full size refrigerator. Everything is provided including pots and pans, baking dishes, crock pot, dishes and silverware, serving dishes, coffee pot and coffee, Keurig and coffee pods, electric hot water kettle (a start of oatmeal and teas), glasses, wine glasses, storage containers, towels, and much more!
The living and dining room includes a large sofa with a beautiful live edge coffee table, dining table, mid-century chairs, stylish lighting and art work and an LG 65 inch 4K LED smart TV.
There are 2 separate bedrooms in this unit. One bedroom has a new comfortable King bed while the other has a new cushy Queen bed with 100% cotton linens and fluffy new pillows. The King room has a full sized desk and dresser for storage while the Queen bed has built in drawer storage. Both rooms include closet organizers, and luggage holder.
The bathroom is inspired with modern European design finishes. It has a tub/shower with designer tile, double European style floating vanities with led lighted mirrors, a closet for lots of storage.

- The finished garage area is a common indoor space (used by all the residents) that includes - washer/dryer, laundry sink, a large dining and folding table with chairs, and a closet with cleaning supplies and a vacuum. It also has a large toaster oven, electric cooktop, crockpot, rice cooker, prep area and all the pans, bowls, and prep supplies needed!
- Security cameras are located on exterior of the property and in the common area (garage).

Queen Bedroom
This Queen sized room is packed with puppy style and with features that maximize storage including under-bed drawers, nightstand storage and ample closet organizers.
Bathroom with Shower / Tub and Double Sink Vanity
Pamper yourself in this beautifully designed bathroom with a deep soaker tub, hand held shower and lighted mirrors. Everyone gets their own sink in the floating vanity and plenty of storage in the large bathroom closet.

Located at the hub of the Bay Area tech industries and with in easy commute to large hospitals we provide clean stylish accommodations for the short term traveler. We supply everything needed including all linen, towels, soaps, coffee and teas. Each unit has access to a washer/dryer and outside patio seating. Monthly leases include professional cleanings and linen changes every 2 weeks.
Large Patio and Fenced Private Backyard
Our guests share the large backyard and patio common areas of the property. Sit outside and have your morning coffee and pick an orange to eat at lunch! Work outside for a change of pace while getting some vitamin D!
Laundry Room with Extra Cooking and Seating Area
To maximize the functionality of the house for our guests, we have thoughtfully created a common area in the finished garage that provides not only a laundry area with new washer / dryer but cleaning supplies for your use and extra cooking appliances / prep space and a dining table and chairs.
